When rangers closed Grayton Beach State Park on Saturday we were surprised - well, surprised to put it softly! Saturday is too popular to schedule beach maintenance on that day. But what to do? Fortunately. I knew that Seaside beach was 5 min away from the state park and if we got lucky with parking we still could make it in time!
Naturally, finding a suitable parking spot near a beach on a Friday can often be a daunting task. But on this particular day, luck was decidedly on our side (finally!). We parked at rushed to the beach! Sunset was absolutely gougeous.
The beach greeted us with its pristine beauty, waves crashing and a gentle breeze that carried the scent of saltwater. Kids definitely had fun playing with waves and sand, and pictures turned out so good! The setting sun cast a golden glow across the scene, providing the perfect backdrop for the pictures we eagerly captured. I’m glad we made it to the beach right in time for colorful sunset.
Sometimes, the best adventures are the ones that unfold spontaneously, presenting us with unforeseen beauty and joy. But of course, it’s important that your local 30A photographer knows the area well and can save the day :)
